Traditional Cassoulet Dinner

Chez Moi in Geneva is hosting a Traditional Cassoulet Dinner on January 25. There is much legend surrounding the origins of Cassoulet, but most connoisseurs agree that this classic winter dish dates back to 14th century France. This white bean, meat, vegetable, and herb stew is hearty and delicious. Dinner, served family-style, includes appetizer, entrée, salad, dessert, and glass of champagne.
