GENEVA – TriCity Family Services will once again host the Great Lobster Fly-In on June 15 in celebration of Father’s Day. The event, which has occurred for more than 26 years, includes live lobsters and – new this year – Gulf shrimp.

In the morning, 1-and-1/4-pound lobsters will be delivered, and cost $20 each. Lobsters can be ordered alive or steamed. Raw Gulf shrimp (peeled and deveined) will be available frozen in 2-pound bags for $22 each.

For those with an aversion to shell fish, TriCity Family Services will also offer 8-ounce prime beef filets from Josef’s Meat and Deli in Geneva for $15 each. A pretzel baguette for $6 or a Cheddar Bacon Onion Loaf for $7 from The Sweet Rhino in Geneva will also be available.

The Sweet Rhino will also provide cupcakes for $8 each that can be ordered in a 2-count box, which includes a peanut butter and salted caramel cupcake in each box.

To place orders, visit www.tricityfamilyservices.org or call 630-232-1070. Orders must be received by June 10.

Orders can be picked up at the Great Lobster Fly-In event between 9 and 11:30 a.m. June 15 at the Old Kane County Courthouse parking lot on James Street in downtown Geneva.

All proceeds from the event will benefit TriCity Family Services.
