Heritage Center to host Pig Roast, Silent Auction Fundraiser

ST. CHARLES – The St. Charles Heritage Center will host a Pig Roast and Silent Auction Fundraiser from 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday, June 29.
Tickets include an all-you-can-eat pulled pork dinner from Dave's Slow Food and two drinks (additional drinks, including beer, wine, pop and water will be available on a cash basis). There will be silent auction items, including a handmade afghan, a long weekend s tay in New Orleans (hotel is in the French Quarter), a golf foursome at Eaglewood Resort and Spa in Itasca, a HP Slate 7 8G Tablet, a one-of-a-kind piece of art work from the Fine Line and more.
There will also be 40 Mystery Wine and Dine bags with each bag containing a gift card to a restaurant and a bottle of wine. The total value for each bag will be at least $40; one bag will have a value of $225 (two dinners at the steak house at the Grand Victoria Casino a $200 value) and another will have a value of $125 (a 12 week pass to the Blue Goose Brat Stand good for one sandwich, pop and chip each weekend a $100 value).
Tickets for this 21 and over only event are still available and cost $45 each. The St. Charles Heritage Center is located at 215 E. Main St. in St. Charles.
