Design and Dine event to explore the world of color in home decor Sept. 12

GENEVA – The Design and Dine event sponsored by Carlson’s Flooring and Seigle’s Cabinet Center will explore the world of colors forecast to be the 2014 “in” hues. The event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, at the showroom, 728 W. State St., Geneva.

Accomplished international speaker Mark Woodman will reveal the new directions in color, both in the home and in life.

Woodman is President of the Color Marketing Group in Alexandria, Va. – a global association that identifies design and color trends for manufacturers.

He also heads the North American office of Global Color Research, one of the world’s leading designer trend studios, and organizes Mix Trends North America, where color nuances are developed.

Guests will also have an opportunity to enter a drawing for an iPad Mini.
