Fine Line to host SAQA's photography-inspired quilt show

ST. CHARLES – Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles will host the Studio Art Quilt Associates Quilt Show beginning Oct. 11.

When it came to creating art quilts for the upcoming SAQA exhibit entitled “The Eye and the Needle,” photographed images were the artists' inspiration.

There also will be a quilt show opening reception, which will take place from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, in the Kavanagh Gallery at Fine Line Creative Arts Center, 37W570 Bolcum Road, St. Charles.

The exhibition will run from Oct. 11 to Nov. 16. The quilters reception and exhibition are free to attend.
