An Almost Winter Day
It is An Almost Winter Day at SEBA Park on Saturday, November 17, from 3 to 5 p.m. Activities for all ages are planned and include:
Petting zoo (minimal charge for feed)
Horse drawn sleigh rides
Cookie decorating (while supplies last)
Children's activity area
Smore making
Letter to Santa*
Pony rides*
Bonfire to keep warm
Santa arrives at 4:30 p.m. to sing carols with the children before heading over to the Footprints in Time Plaza for the annual tree lighting at 5:00 p.m.
The Trolley Museum provides a nostalgic trip to the Jon Duerr Forest Preserve and back which includes a reading of the Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg (no reservations accepted).
*These attractions are provided for a small fee of $2. Other area may require a small fee or minimal donation.
