Cookie Walks
Cornerstone Community Baptist Church will hold its annual cookie walk from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at the church in North Aurora. The event will feature many varieties of fresh baked, homemade,decorated Christmas cookies. They will be sold by weight. For information, visit www.ccbc7.org. The Kaneville United Methodist Church Women have planned the 22nd Annual Cookie Walk for Saturday, December 1. The event is from 9 to 11 a.m. at the church. Several sizes of boxes will be provided, but customers may provide their own box or tin. The cost is $8 per pound. Funds raised will benefit local needy families and missions of all types.
