"Elf" at the Arcada
ShoDeen Homes and New Home Star will sponsor a free showing of the movie "Elf" at the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles at 6 p.m. Friday, December 21. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
The event sponsors ask patrons to bring either a cash donation or the following items needed for Lazarus House: plastic table cloths, plastic cups, disposable 10-by-12 aluminum pans, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, liquid laundry soap, bottled water and bottled juice. Lazarus House, 214 Walnut St., serves homeless and at-risk individuals connected to the mid-Kane County area.
