Winter Backyard Birds
The St. Charles Park Distict is hositng a Winter Backyard Birds program on Friday, January 11, at the Pottawatomie Community Center in St. Charles. Learn the types of birds likely to visit St. Charles area feeders during the winter months and discuss different types of seeds to offer these feathered friends in hopes of increasing the diversity of species you see. There will be an opportunity to take an outdoor stroll to see many of these winged creatures (weather permitting). This class is designed for ages 50 and older and will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Advance registration is required for this free program
