Military History Fest
The ninth annual Military History Fest convention is February 1 to 3 at Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles. The event will include books, videos, and re-enacting merchandise to 14 interactive encampments (Romans through Vietnam). There will be authentic World War II tanks, heavy weapons, live music, seminars, workshops and more. Meet hundreds of authentically dressed historical re-enactors and join the scores of military history buffs.
The cost is $15 for a one-day pass, $25 for a three-day pass and those 15 and younger are free. Veterans and military personnel will be free on Friday. The show is open:
Friday: noon to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
