Meditation for Children & Young Adults
Sometimes our busy lives make us feel out of balance.
In this class we will explore many different techniques to help you relax, stay focused, and deal with stresses in life. We will sample breath, mantra(sound), walking meditations and a meditation that coordinates sound and body movements(celestial communication). We will also create our own Mandala we can take home to use for meditation. Finally we will end with a deep relaxation while the Gong is played.
Participants need to bring a yoga mat or cushion to class.
