Meditation & Pranyayama
Ages 16 & Up In this workshop, we will go over the benefits of meditation, discuss and practice different forms of meditation and learn some breathing techniques to bring us to a deeper state of relaxation. Meditation is a wonderful tool in helping to deal with the stresses inherent in our lives. Please bring something comfortable to sit on, or chairs are available.
