Sweetheart Suitcase Dinner / Dance

Woodstock VFW Post 5040 announces their Sweetheart Suitcase Dinner/Dance! Join them on Feb.12 for a romantic evening out. The cost is $35 per couple, which includes a rose and complimentary glass of champagne for the ladies, music, dancing and dinner. Tickets must be pre-ordered and fully paid by Feb. 4. For more information, call 815-338-5040 after 4 p.m. For dinner, you choose between Prime Rib or Stuffed Cornish Game Hen (choice of meal made at time of payment) along with Twice Baked Potato, California Blend Vegetables, Soup and Salad. dinner is at 6 p.m., preceded by a cash bar cocktail hour at 5 p.m. Be sure to Bring your overnight bag because your dinner ticket enters you in a special drawing. ONE lucky couple will be chauffeured to The Royal Victorian Manor, that evening, to spend the rest of the night there and then be chauffeured back to the VFW in the morning. The romantic room package includes complimentary beverages, a gift basket, and breakfast in the morning.
