Make European Truffles

You will make the chocolate truffle centers and fill finished shells with your just made truffles. Then you will learn how to make the truffles shells for future candy making. to decorate as a professional, you will experiment with transfer sheets and colorful accent colors for a beautiful finished creation you will be proud to give someone.
