McHenry County Human Race

On April 16, 2011, during National Volunteer Week, the Volunteer Center of McHenry County will host the Human Race. The 5K walk/run will take place in McHenry’s industrial park on Prime Parkway. The Human Race is a unique 5k walk/run event which brings the community together to rally support for local charity organizations. Participants choose which organization their registration fee will benefit and have the opportunity to go a step further and raise pledges for one of the participating organizations. 37 charities are participating.
